Breakfast at BMO

23rd May 2012

The new Australian Consumer Law (ACL) is a national consumer law which applies to all business sectors. It covers general standards of business conduct, prohibits harmful practices, regulates specific types of business-to-consumer transactions, provides basic consumer rights for goods and services and regulates the safety of consumer products and product-related services.

Are you covered?
Is your business at risk of not meeting these guidelines? You could face significant fines.

At this breakfast seminar, Barry will explain the ACL and how it affects your business. Along with this, Barry will also enlighten guests on their obligations as an employer under this law.

Breakfast at BMO is on Wednesday 23rd May from 7.30am at the BMO Business Centre.

Please RSVP today to secure your place at this complimentary event. Call 4662 3722 or chelseaw@bmo.com.au to RSVP.
