Grab a bargain and support relay for life

5th August 2011

Locals will have a great opportunity to snap up a bargain and help a good cause at the Big BMO Garage Sale being held in Dalby this weekend.

BMO Accountants will be hosting the garage sale where furniture, baby items, a cot, homewares, clothing, books and toys and a lot more will all be on offer.

A percentage of proceeds from the BMO sale will go towards fundraising for the Cancer Council Relay for Life.

BMO Communications Manager Megan James said the sale was a way to raise valuable funds for the Cancer Council.

“We are also treating it a bit like a flea market. All the BMO employees are bringing in items from home to sell.

“Many of our employees live out of town and don’t get the opportunity to hold their own garage sales. So we are joining forces and selling all kinds of items together.”

A sausage sizzle will keep hungry patrons satisfied as they browse. Customers must enter via the Hogan Street Entrance. Gates will open at 7am and close at 12pm.
