After growing up on a cotton and grain property near Dalby, Megan went on to complete her Bachelor of Business, and spent more than 12 years in Brisbane and Newcastle working in public relations and communications roles in Govt-owned, private and consulting businesses across a range of industries including energy, health, property development and charity before returning ‘home’ to Dalby. Megan joined BMO in 2007 to assist in managing BMO’s marketing and communications activities.

Megan now leads BMO’s Communications-Marketing team which works with clients to develop communications strategies including branding, newsletters, promotional material, advertising, websites and social media marketing. She is also qualified as an ‘effective facilitator’ and has an accreditation in DISC behavioural profiling which equips her to work with clients in brainstorming, strategic planning and team building sessions.

Outside of work, Megan assists the running of her husband’s cotton and grain cartage business, and enjoys reading, singing, spending time with family and freelance writing. Megan is in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
