Barry joined BMO in 2004. With more than 30 years experience in various service industries and qualifications in both Business Management and Human Resources and Workplace Health and Safety, Barry Jordan is considered one of BMO's key advisors.

With his highly effective management style, Barry oversees the operational management of BMO including administration, human resources, compliance, workplace health and safety, performance management, customer service, and information technology.

In recent years Barry has focussed on recent legislative issues that effect clients and in particular the impact of the FairWork Act on employers. He has assisted many clients with ‘Unfair Dismissal’ cases and Adverse Action claims. His in depth knowledge of the Modern Awards added to his practical ‘know how’ has helped many clients implement ‘workable solutions’ into their business needs and avoid the hassles and cost of ‘non-compliance’.

Barry is a keen golfer and enjoys getting involved in the community.
