Human Resources Officer Sarah Shaw joined the BMO team in March 2012 after making the move back to Dalby from Brisbane to help out on the family farm. Her love of the country and the relaxed atmosphere made it an easy decision for Sarah to decide to return to Dalby. Sarah relishes the challenges and ever-changing aspects of the human resources industry and is looking forward to working full-time with the experienced professionals at BMO. Sarah previously worked at BMO part-time during university holidays and enjoys the friendly atmosphere and open communication culture that BMO offers.

Boasting a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Human Resources, Sarah’s role at BMO includes analysing various employment awards and determining what an employer can offer so that the employee is ‘better off overall’, but through a simpler procedure. During her studies at University of Queensland, Sarah was admitted to the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law Dean’s Honour Roll for ‘outstanding academic excellence’ and also received a Dean’s Commendation of High Achievement.

Outside of work, the local girl enjoys playing tennis and netball, going to the movies, catching up with friends, and helping out on the family farm at Bell.
