Adie Turner

Junior Administration Assistant

Adie joined BMO in July 2026 as a Junior Administration Assistant, bringing a positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for learning.

As she begins her career in administration, Adie draws on four years of customer service experience gained at Urban Paddock, where she developed excellent communication skills, a sense of responsibility and an appreciation for working as part of a team. Attracted by BMO's supportive culture and collaborative environment, she was excited to join the team and continue to grow both personally and professionally.

Adie enjoys meeting new people and embraces every opportunity to learn. She is passionate about building her knowledge, contributing to the team and developing meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Outside of work, Adie enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing Oztag and touch football, and being actively involved in her local church. Coming from a large family, she values faith, community and the strong connections that come from supporting those around her.
