By entering this competition, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I confirm that I am the owner of, or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit, all images uploaded as part of my competition entry.
- I grant BMO Business Centre permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display any images submitted for promotional, marketing, communication, and business purposes.
- I understand that submitted images may be used in digital and printed materials, including social media, websites, newsletters, advertising, and the 2027 BMO Calendar.
- I acknowledge that images may be edited, cropped, resized, or otherwise modified to suit publication requirements.
- I understand that no payment, royalty, or other compensation will be provided for the use of submitted images.
- I agree to the competition terms and conditions and consent to the use of my submitted images as outlined above.
