Chelsea McGregor

Client Services Officer

Chelsea joined BMO in May 2026 as a Client Service Officer and is one of the first friendly faces clients see or hear when they visit or contact the firm.

Drawn to BMO by its strong reputation and supportive culture, Chelsea saw the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while developing her skills and knowledge of the business industry. Business Studies and English were among her favourite subjects at school, reflecting her interest in how businesses operate and the importance of strong communication. Before joining BMO, Chelsea gained experience working in hospitality and on her family’s livestock property. Her practical background, strong work ethic and willingness to learn have helped shape her approachable and reliable nature.

Chelsea hopes to continue building her skills and experience at BMO while growing both personally and professionally within the firm. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time on her family’s property, where she helps care for sheep, cattle, goats and pigs, and occasionally lends a hand with fencing and other farm projects. One of five siblings, Chelsea values family, hard work and continuous learning, and is always keen to embrace new opportunities and challenges.
