Lara Mylett

Client Services Officer

Lara joined the BMO Business Centre as a Client Services Officer in January 2026. She was first introduced to BMO through the Pathways Program after a visit to her accounting class sharing opportunities available while studying. The supportive and collaborative culture immediately stood out to Lara and confirmed her interest in joining the team.

Lara enjoys working in an environment that fosters teamwork, encouragement and continuous learning. She is passionate about building a strong foundation in accounting and is focused on developing her confidence and technical knowledge as she progresses through her studies. Lara values learning from the experienced BMO team and looks forward to contributing more as she works towards her goal of becoming an accountant.

A graduate of Dalby State High School, Lara’s strongest subject has always been Accounting. Outside of work, she enjoys life on her family’s beef cattle property, where she helps work cattle and is a keen campdrafter. Lara is the youngest of four siblings and enjoys the balance of professional growth during the week and country life on the weekends.
