Oliver Holcombe joined the BMO team in 2012 after graduating from Our Lady of the Southern Cross College. He gained strong practical experience by working full-time as an Assistant Accountant when he first joined BMO before moving up to an Accountant role while completing his Bachelor of Commerce at USQ in 2017. He then went on to complete his CPA qualifications in June 2022. In November 2021 Oliver became an Associate, going on to become a Partner in October 2025, purchasing into the business and joining our existing Partners group to represent the next generation of BMO's leadership. 

Oliver works with a variety of clients including primary producers, manufacturing and retail businesses. He also has a keen interest in cloud based accounting programs and is an integral part of the implementation and maintenance of our various systems and processes.

Outside of work, Oliver enjoys spending time with family and friends.
