Hire a Conference Room

BMO is delighted to offer you our Conference Centre facilities and we look forward to helping make your event a successful one.


  • In order to have the room prepared and setup in time please provide an approximate number of attendees and all requirements at least 48 hours before booking date.


  • Our Conference Centre and Boardrooms are available during the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. Prior to and beyond these times can be arranged with our events manager, however, will incur an out-ofhours fee.


  • If the room is not left in an acceptable standard, a cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged.


  • Amendments to bookings and catering must be made with our events manager at least 24 hours before booking date and may incur additional charges.
